Return and Refund

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund .To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

If for any reason the item you have ordered is not right for you, please return it unused within within 7 days of receipt for a refund. You will also be responsible for any return postage costs involved to return the order, unless otherwise advised please note that bags that have had straps adjusted cannot be refunded or exchanged

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days from the date we receive a return this is due to our processing and quality control practices, and the varying processing times between payment providers.


STEP-BY-STEP ONLINE RETURNS GUIDE

Please follow the following steps for retuning or exchanging items bought online:

1. Please contact us with your order number. If the return is due to a fault with the handbag you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.

2. Package up the unwanted item and returns it. Please ensure that shoulder straps are inside the handbag. Please use recorded delivery to send the package to.

Refunds

(if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tomas@tomasbrilliance.com and send your item to:
